How We Coach Juniors

Our Principles

Junior instruction is not adult instruction scaled down. These four principles shape every session with a young golfer.

01

Age-Appropriate Movement

Junior screening and movement work follows TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) and NSCA youth development guidance. We never force adult swing patterns onto developing bodies.

02

Fun First, Data Second

Younger juniors need to fall in love with the game before they need to understand their strokes-gained numbers. We sequence the experience to match the age.

03

Measured Progress

Every junior gets periodic launch-monitor re-tests. Parents receive written progress notes after each block so they know exactly what's improving and what's next.

04

No Early Specialization Pressure

We follow long-term athletic development principles. Competitive pathway students are supported — not pushed. The goal is a golfer who loves the game at 30, not just at 15.

For Parents

What to Expect

Progress Notes

After every program block, parents receive written notes covering what was worked on, what improved, and what the next focus is. No guessing.

Observation Policy

Parents are welcome to observe sessions from a designated area. We ask that coaching feedback during the session comes from Adam — it keeps the junior focused.

Equipment Guidance

We'll tell you exactly what your junior needs — and what they don't. No upselling. Properly fitted junior clubs matter; expensive adult clubs do not.

Get Your Junior Started

First session is a
baseline assessment.

Every junior starts with a baseline so we know exactly where they are and where to go. Contact Adam to find the right program for your junior's age and goals.
